Rehabilitation and Education Project (RHEP)
This project is a collaborative process aimed at improving the developmental outcomes, participation, and protection of young children with disabilities. It is an early childhood intervention (ECI) that ensures access to appropriate support, such as surgery and physiotherapy, speech and behavioral therapy, and early childhood education. This ensures the rights of children with disabilities, promotes rich and fulfilling childhood, and prepares them for full and meaningful participation in adulthood.
Since inception, we have been providing early childhood intervention support through our Inclusive Children Development Centre which provides holistic and interdisciplinary support (physiotherapy, speech/language therapy, educational services, etc.) to indigent children with cerebral palsy and down syndrome and other developmental delays. Success and touching stories can be viewed here: Youtube | Instagram. A total of 78 children have benefited from this project.
Play Learn and Grow (PLAG) Project:

The program holds annually to commemorate the International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) which is 3rd December, as proclaimed by the United Nations, and contributes to the realization of Goal 10 of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Train Teachers and Parent (TTAP) Project
- This is a quarterly program undertaken by the organization for teachers, parents, guardians, and caregivers of physically challenged children. The training provides guided solutions in three need areas of managing children with disabilities: Preventive measures, Curative measures, and Inclusive education, sensitization, and awareness. TTAP is aimed at making the attainment of Goal 10 of the Sustainable Development Goals a reality.
Teens Aligned (TA):
Formerly known as Lifeline Organization Children without Limits, this is a life-building skills program. This is a life coaching and mentoring program for Pre-teens and Teens, including those living with disabilities, to help them discover their dreams and purpose early, thus making the attainment of Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals a reality.
Lifeline Organization Pink and Blue (LOPAB)
- This program targets children in orphanages. LOCE realized that girls and boys growing together in such an institution need the proper education to develop attitudes and values concerning their sexuality. LOPAB promotes sexuality education and rights through interactive sessions with the children to prevent teenage/early pregnancies, thereby contributing to the realization of Goals 3 and 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Lifeline Organization Widows Empowerment Program (LOWEP):
LOWEP is an economic empowerment program for widows from vulnerable households. This program trains beneficiaries on income-generating activities and sustainable livelihood. It is a continuous program to bring women from the consumption level to the enterprise development level, thus ensuring the accomplishment of Goal 10 of the Sustainable Development Goals.
